I’m not certain how I came across JB’s book “Remember the Mission” but it led me to the ELITE28 programme at the time I desperately needed it. I was completely adrift and wasn’t showing up for my kids or partner and was struggling at work too. Suicidal ideation dominated my days and I had given up trying to take care of myself.

I’ve known for years that I was in trouble but I couldn’t see a route out. Working with JB and the Brotherhood has created structure and accountability for me within a community that helps make sense of my struggles. The routines I’ve learned underpin a healthy attitude to my professional and personal commitments, while building […]
I had been following JB for a few years now after reading his first book and listening to his podcasts. I was always used to setting goals but end up not sticking to them, ending up back to where I started and ultimately feeling stuck. This affected my emotional health, along with relationships with others closest to me. I felt like I was lacking purpose or that something was missing and I wanted to discover what.

It’s allowed me to audit all areas of my life. Set goals and plan effectively step by step in order to achieve them. Discovering ways as to why I was in a victim mindset. How having accountability makes sure that you show up and do what you said you would. Once you show up for […]
I was sleepwalking through most days in a state of confusion and fear, putting my best brave face on for the world.

I was inconsistent, lacking clarity / purpose and not being honest with myself. It’s woken me up to myself and the reality of what needs to happen to properly take control of myself, for the first time in my life. I know that it won’t happen overnight but I trust in the process and each […]
Before 28 days the 5 days put me out of my comfort zone. In a good way. It challenged me to step up, change how I do things with no bs excuses. And although feeling quite overwhelmed I gave it my all. Giving JB and myself 5 days to open my eyes. Strait away I signed up to 28 days.

Again feeling overwhelmed it didn’t take long to settle in. Understanding how the process worked and setting routine has been invaluable. Before I was over weight. Unfit. Lazy. Brain fog and not coping. Making my loved ones life miserable and that shit isn’t acceptable. After the 28 I’m now signed up for 90.
It’s changing my life 1% at a time. I have lost nearly 2 stone and getting a lot fitter. Re discovered my love for hiking. Routine and planning has cleared my head and my relationship with the kids and my partner is improving. Yes you feel out of you comfort zone because facing reality can be hard but with JBs no bs attitude ( which we all need that kick up the arse) it makes you realise change comes within.
If you want to make your loved ones lives happier but just as importantly your own I would definitely recommend signing up. What do you have to lose? Just give that 1% a day and see what you can achieve.
Embrace the journey and be the best you can be!!
Prior to this course I was drifting from day to day.

Wasting my life and being conscious of that, but still keeping my head in the sand rather than confronting my issues. For me those issues seemed negligible compared to some things that other people go through, however through the process of this course it became clear that it doesn’t matter what journey other people are on, if I’m not happy, then I have to address that myself. Having completed the 28 day course, my mentality has changed. I actually feel like I’m moving forward and have direction, which is a massive step that has the knock on effect of feeling better in every aspect of my life. Sometimes our own brains can be treacherous to our own aspirations, so I’d recommend following this course to anybody that wasn’t happy with their current situation as it should give you the nudge in the right direction that you need.
