NEXT WORKSHOP IS ON Saturday 22nd June 2019

In 2011 I left the Royal Marines and ended up spending 3 years in a rut. I was lost, I had no identity, I didn’t know who I was as a man. I had to completely change my way of life and adapt to civilian life.

I was battling in my head just some of the following;

  • Scared about my future
  • Overwhelmed with changes in my life 
  • I became anxious about what people thought of me
  • I was depressed from an unfulfilled life
  • I was practicing poor habits, which lead to poor routines.
  •  I was pushing away everyone I loved
  • I was neglecting my health and mental wellbeing

I was on the brink of thinking I didn't want to suffer anymore and even thought about taking my own life. This were not the thoughts I wanted to be having. 

 I remember going for a run in the middle of the night, it was completely random. I hadn't run for months. During this run I felt as though I had removed the black cloud that lingered over me for so long, just enough to realise I had a purpose in my life. I had failed to recognise this purpose through all of the pain and suffering I had been in.

My Purpose Was To Be A Father To My Children, To Help Them Grow And Flourish In Life. I Lost My Father Early In My Life And I Didn't Want The Same For My Children.

A purpose goes a long way when trying to change your life. The following 3 years have been a journey for me, improving every day to be the best version of myself for me and those around me.

I’ve developed solid habits, routines, and structures to be more in control of my life, and helped many other dads do the same along the way. 

I’ve been in far more control of my planning, and implementation to take my life to a higher level, in

HEALTH, WORK, RELATIONSHIPS & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

I’m Going To Be Delivering Workshops Around The World To Work With Those Men That Are Committed To Changing Their Life.

Those Taking Part Can Expect Just Some Of The Following;

  • Review  your life where it is now with life audits.
  • Breaking your life down into Health, Work, Relationships,  & PD
  • Develop your current habits, routines and structure to be more effective in life   
  • Developing your coping mechanisms and mindset with stress and distractions. 
  • Find solutions to obstacles holding you back 
  • Develop your time management & productivity 
  • Planning your next 12 weeks  
  • Goal Setting  for the year and breaking it down weekly and daily  

There will only be a limited number of places available at each session so that the quality of the sessions can be of the highest standard, and I can make sure I get the very best out of everyone that attends.
