It eats away inside always having to make excuses why they can't play with their kids, spend quality time with their partner and constantly feeling tired, stressed out and anxious.
They envy the overflowing confidence other dads seem to have... while they are busy living the lifestyle they know they should be living too.
They dream of looking in great shape for the partners again and showing the mental confidence that inspires their kids to see them as their superhero dad instead of the guy who tries to laugh off all the fat dad jokes.
